Wrong size - tried to correct to no avail

I realized after I placed the order that I ordered a medium instead of a large or extra large. There was no way to revise the order on the website. I called but no answer. I emailed immediately to get the order changed. I received a reply that was basically ‘ hopefully the order didn’t go out’. That was it, then received the medium shirt in the mail. I went back on line to reorder a large or xl but the shirt is sold out. I love True Grit products and have worn them for many years. This was the first time I tried to order over the web
