Bought it twice!

I bought the XL light blue shirt for my BIL for his birthday. The color was more tan than blue, but he loved it and the size was perfect. So much so that I bought it again for my brothers birthday, this time the dark color. Haven’t heard from him yet, but I’m sure he will love it too. Very soft and comfortable.

Great shirt, horrible service

The Beckham shirt is a spectacularly comfortable and stylish looking shirt. Has become my new ‘go-to’ shirt for any occasion. However the customer service at TrueGrit is horrendous. I contacted the company twice via telephone voicemail (no one ever picked up the call nor returned my message) and another time via email (again no return response). I had 2 issues - firat was that one of the pull overs I ordered was sent in the wrong color. The second issue was that within 24 hours of my +$1,000 order they ran an even larger sale discount so I requested the difference and even offered to take a credit and buy additional merchandise much greater then the credit. Never got a response. I had to return two of 11 items as they didn’t fit. But I couldn’t return the wrong color pull over as I actually liked the color sent and I didn’t want to return it to get my original cover as I doubted they would have honored my original discount. When I find a brand of clothes to be my favorite I usually order thousands of dollars of their styles because I find so few brands I love. I love True Grit brand. But wouldn’t purchase again due to poor customer service.
