No response from phone call or email to customer service, multiple attempts!
I ordered the Havana linen shirt in natural as a gift for my husband but to my surprise, the package that arrived contained a totally different shirt in a different color! Customer service was called and they promised to send out the correct item as expedited. Although I received confirmation for the return I have still not received a tracking number for the exchanged item. Still hoping to received the original item expeditiously resulting in a positive resolution of this issue.
