Beautifully made, but doesn't fit and True Grit has not care

I have purchased several True Grit shirts and knits, and they are beautifully made. But when I sent an email to True Grit to exchange this for the next size up, NOTHING. No reply to my email, no reply to my call and voice mail. Very disappointed in their servicce and customer care. Is anybody home?
